Q. Do you handle warranty issues?
A. No. Please contact the manufacturer for all warranty issues. Their contact information can be found on the owner’s manual.

Q. My credit card was charged by bikeshopblowout.com but I bought from pushandpedal.com or bikeshopsale.com
A. Bikeshopblowout.com, pushandpedal.com, and bikeshopsale.com are affiliates of each other. All charges are processed by bikeshopblowout.com

Q. Do you have a store I can visit?
A. No. We are strictly an online presence.

Q. What if I don’t want the product or it is damaged when I get it?
A. Please see the “Shipping & Returns” for more information.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover

Q. How do I order by Cashier’s Check or Money Order?
A. At this time we do not accept Cashier’s Check or Money Order.

Q. Where do you ship?
A. We ship only to the continental 48 states. Sorry, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally at this time. 

Q. Do you charge sales tax on an item?
A. Sales tax will be added to orders being sent to the following states—California, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Washington, and Wisconsin. Please see the “Shipping” section of the site to view the exact tax charge.

Q. Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
A. No. We ship via FedEx Ground, and they unfortunately do not deliver to PO Boxes or Military APOs. 

Q. How much is shipping?
A. We offer free shipping.
